Extreme Cup August 2-3, 2024 (Rad Torque Raceway)
EXTREME CUP RACE INFORMATION + PROCEDURES
FRIDAY – QUALIFYING
Each Driver will take part in a drawing to determine qualifying position. Within qualifying, each
driver will receive two (2) laps, where the better of the two (2) laps will determine starting
position for the Heat Race. If a driver misses their window qualifying position drawn, they will
receive a single (1) lap at the end of standard qualifying.
The Quick Time within this session will be awarded $200 on behalf of RAD Torque Raceway.
SATURDAY – QUALIFYING
Each Driver will take part in a drawing to determine qualifying position. Within qualifying, each
driver will receive two (2) laps, where the better of the two (2) laps will determine starting
position for the Heat Race. If a driver misses their window qualifying position drawn, they will
receive a single (1) lap at the end of standard qualifying.
Quicktime funds will not be allocated as this will be replaced with the Dash for Cash.
WEEKEND – HEAT RACES
Heat Race lineups will be determined based on qualifying lap times. The top 4 drivers will be
inverted within the field. Passing points will be awarded during the Heat Races, where points
from the Heats + Qualifying times will determine starting positions for the feature events.
SATURDAY – DASH FOR CASH
Upon completion of all Heat racing and finalized starting positions within the A-Main Feature
event, the top 6 within the starting grid will be selected to run a “Dash for Cash”. This event is an
eight (8) lap race, where the final positioning at checkered flag will officially determine the
A-Main Feature lineup. The Winner of the Dash will receive $400 on behalf of RAD Torque
Raceway.
SATURDAY – DICE ROLL
Within the intermission of the event, a fan within the stands will be selected at random via
Damien Afaganis (announcer). This fan will roll two dice. The combined total the dice shows will
place a $500 “bounty” on the driver in the corresponding starting position. IF this driver wins the
feature, the fan and driver will split the Dice Roll funds presented on behalf of RAD Torque
Raceway evenly.
WINNER’S CIRCLE PROCEDURES
The Winner, Runner-up, and Third position of each Day’s A-Main Feature event MUST go
directly to the scales immediately following the completion of the event. Upon completion, teams
are asked to make their way back on track towards the front straight for presentations. IF a
driver bypasses the scales prior to awards, that driver will be deemed disqualified. It is important
that you MUST scale in prior to accepting an official award + cash prize.

FRIDAY –
● Quick Time – $200.00
● Feature Race Purse Allocations – (1st) – $900, (2nd) – $650, (3rd) – $500, (4th) – $400,
(5th – 7th) – $350, (8th – 9th) – $300, (10th – 11th) – $250, (12th – 20th) – $175
SATURDAY –
● Dash For Cash – $400.00
● Dice Roll – $500.00
● Feature Race Purse Allocations – (1st) – $1,500, (2nd) – $1,150, (3rd) – $850, (4th) –
$650, (5th – 6th) – $500, (7th) – $400, (8th – 9th) – $350, (10th – 11th) – $300, (12th – 20th)
– $200
Drivers arriving from the United States will be awarded $100.00 in travel/tow compensation.
The funding allocated to the Extreme Cup (August 2-3, 2024) is provided by RAD Torque
Raceway, and will be distributed via electronic transfer. In order to collect payment + winnings, a
driver/team MUST provide their full contact information and details to info@radraceway.com &
chevy@radraceway.com
A driver/team must email the following information in order to receive any form of compensation.

The team at RAD Torque Raceway will be monitoring the Pit side area throughout the duration
of this event. Any persons without paid crew or driver credential bands present will be asked to
return to the window immediately. If caught without paid credentials following the opening
ceremonies of the event, RAD Torque Raceway staffing will ask you to exit the premises and
purchase a spectator ticket at the front gate. A spectator ticket does not grant access into the
pits during an event. Crew & Racer credentials will not be provided to anyone without a
